At Projects by Proxy, we believe in a hands-on approach to construction management. Most people embarking on building a new home do not have experience with the myriad of decisions involved, nor do they understand the potential domino effect of some choices.  Remote owners are particularly vulnerable and need independent advice and counsel.  At Projects by Proxy we singularly represent our clients' interests thereby helping achieve a quality, timely, and economic result.

Projects by Proxy owner Chuck Gorum has over four decades of experience in construction, facilities management and contracting on a domestic and international playing field.  A licensed engineer,  he is now bringing his expertise to the High Country and the often unique challenges found there.
